It all started back in 2008 with a gentleman called Timothee de Courcy who founded Maison Helzear deciding to provide a different type of hotel, by having the benefits of one of the quality hotels in Paris, yet providing comforts of a home from home atmosphere where you can cook for yourself if you wish to and have more space than a standard hotel room, whether it be for work or relaxation.
