Located in the 13th Arrondissement, this is an unusual hotel with a modern and chic interior designed by Gerard Ronzatti that utilises the play of light and reflections from the water to make the ambience and setting change throughout the day, with different viewpoints for a unique setting.
Classified as a 4 star hotel in Paris a buffet breakfast is available each morning from 7am through to 11am with a wide variety of sweet and savoury products such as bread, pastries, cheeses, hot beverages, fruit juices, fresh fruit and much more. For a cost of approximately €20 per person, for those of you that wish to enjoy a little more privacy or intimacy you can also order room service for breakfast, rather than starting the day in the bar and dining area.
The bar is open from 6pm through to midnight and provides a variety of different drinks including cocktails, which you can also enjoy accompanied by tapas or platters of cold meats or cheeses, although we would like to point out that the bar is open to all, not just those that are staying at OFF Paris Seine.
Brunch is also available on a Saturday and a Sunday with two different services at 11:30am and 2pm, which is an unusual gourmet experience served buffet style where you can eat all you wish for a set cost and again is open to all, with booking normally necessary.
Now bearing in mind that where the OFF Paris Seine is located, it is a very lively area so it can be quite noisy, but it is situated in a great location for those that love enjoying an evening out with numerous places to party only a short distance away. Also, events including live music evenings are also organised on this unusual floating hotel.
Another unusual feature of OFF Paris Seine, is that in the middle of this floating hotel by the terrace there is a plunge pool, with one side that is clear where you can see the River Seine and this swimming pool almost feels like an infinity pool, which you may be pleased to know is only available to people staying within this unusual hotel in Paris.

There are a total of 54 rooms and 4 suites available at the OFF Paris Seine, all coming with a designer en suite bathroom with an Italian style shower and hairdryer, plus offer different views, either of the River Seine or the quayside and dock where it is permanently moored.
Each room has a double bed and is suitable for two people maximum and several are suitable for those with reduced mobility, although wheelchair users could find some of them quite tight, so if this is an essential requirement for you, then it is best to request one of the reduced mobility rooms when booking.
The rooms all come with air conditioning, free WiFi, a flat screen TV with international channels, a mini bar and personal safe and within the suites you will also find a desk and seating area.
There are two Horizon Suites that are located at the head of the boat providing a lovely perspective and views, which are approximately 30 metres squared and are decorated in a poetic, yet bright and cheerful design with Italian shower.
The two Designer Sunset Suites, one with a four poster bed, are approximately 28 metres squared and come with an unusual round bathtub located within the room itself for an unusual romantic experience and were designed by the interior designers Maurizio Galante and Tal Lancman.
Access to OFF Paris Seine
Located in the 13th Arrondissement by the Quai d'Austerlitz, getting to this 4 star floating hotel is easy via Paris public transport as it is located very close to the Gare d'Austerlitz train station, which serves the metro lines 5 and metro line 10 along with the TER and Intercities trains plus the RER C train line trains.
Also within walking distance of this quayside and OFF Paris Seine at the Place Valhubert you have the Paris bus lines 24, 57, 61, 63, 89 and 215 along with the Noctilien Night Bus Service via line N131.
Alternatively, if you were to walk over the River Seine via bridge called the Pont Charles de Gaulle, you then have access to the Gare de Lyon train station, which serves the Transilien and TGV trains, the metro line 1 and metro line 14, along with the RER trains for the RER A train line and the RER D train line.
