About Le Regard B&B
Located in what is classed as the Belleville area of Paris, which is popular with artists, this B&B is actually run by an artist and painter who has his own gallery and workshop, or atelier as it is known in French, within the property.
Philippe Barnier, the owner, is discreet, yet welcoming, and provides a traditional homemade French breakfast of a morning, and you can utilise his large living room that has a TV, DVD player and stereo with a view over the rooftop garden.
Le Regard is a two story property in a tranquil area and the room is located on the upper floor, so is not suitable for the disabled, but you may be pleased to know that free WiFi is available, plus Philippe is more than happy to provide information about different events that are happening, along with recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to enjoy.
Accommodation at Le Regard
As we mentioned earlier, Le Regard is one room located on the upper floor of the property, which is a very good size of over 60 metres squared and comes with a double bed, dresser, desk, free WiFi and a private bathroom.
However an inflatable double air mattress can also be provided for those of you who have one or two additional people within your party and smoking is actually allowed, which is very unusual. However, we would like to point out that the minimum stay is two nights and only cash or PayPal is accepted.

Situated in the 20th Arrondissement of Paris in the Belleville area, the nearest Metro station to Le Regard is either the Pyrenees stop of the Jourdain stop, both in a northerly direction from the property and serving metro line 11.
Although the Paris bus lines 20, 26, 71 and 96 along with the Noctilien Night Bus lines N12 and N23 will also get you within walking distance of this Bed and Breakfast.
