About the Villa d'Estrees
According to stories, when King Henri IV went past the street in his carriage where this 4 star boutique hotel is located, he made a comment of "Ici git mon Coeur" which in English translates to "Here lies my heart" and this was due to the fact that his mistress lived down the road.
The Villa d'Estrees is named after the mistress of King Henri IV who was called Gabrielle d’Estrees, Duchess of Beaufort and Verneuil, and it has been decorated in a very traditional French style with an elegant lounge area with antique furniture, fine fabrics and elegance, not forgetting the beautiful fireplace and paintings adorning the walls.

You will find that the Villa d'Estrees has a 24 hour reception with secure entry and multilingual staff who will be able to cater to your needs, also offering a concierge service for booking tickets to Paris shows, events and numerous museums in Paris.

When it comes to getting to getting to the Hotel Villa d'Estrees, you will find it located within the 6th Arrondissement close to the River Seine and many popular tourist attractions in Paris in between the Saint-Germain des Pres and the historical Latin Quarter areas of the city.

But they are family friendly and as for the public transport in Paris, you will find that the nearest Metro station is the Saint-Michel - Notre-Dame stop serving metro line 4, however, this is also an RER train station serving the RER B train line and the RER C train line.
