About Hotel Monterosa
Located close to many different tourist attractions in Paris including the famous Montmartre area, the Hotel Monterosa is a 3 Star hotel but more for those of you on a budget compared to some. Yet having said that, there are many benefits of staying here that are exceptional and worth every penny (or cent) in comparison to others similar.
In fact, being part of the Astotel Hotel Group, you get the benefit of the Open Bar concept, where every afternoon you can enjoy complementary snacks including sweets, pastries, fruit and non-alcoholic soft drinks. Not forgetting the Asto Tour, where, upon proof, even if you are out and about in Paris but near another of their hotels, you can also enjoy the same. So, considering what you would pay for an afternoon break, how many other hotels in Paris can offer this?
Anyway, getting back to the Hotel Monterosa in particular, you will find that this is a relatively small hotel, which was refurbished in conjunction with the company Maidenberg Architecture, but due to the nature of the building, even though it has a lift, it cannot accommodate disabled guests, but couples with young children are more than welcome with baby cots available upon request and children under the ages of two can stay completely free of charge.
There is a 24 hour reception and multilingual staff able to help you get the most out of your holiday in Paris, plus they have a luggage room, iron and ironing board available upon request, a laundry service operated via an outside company, French and International newspapers plus free WiFi throughout the hotel, meaning you can keep up to date with what is happening in your country or with family, friends and colleagues.
Hotel Monterosa also offers a sumptuous buffet breakfast with many different options including cold cuts, cheeses, bread, pastries and accompaniments, cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, hot beverages plus fruit juices and much more, not forgetting that you can opt for a room service breakfast as well, all of which is served between 7am and 10:30am.
Rooms at the Hotel Monterosa
When it comes to rooms at the Hotel Monterosa, you will find 36 in total, which are arranged as singles, doubles and twins, all with an en suite bathroom, either with a bath or shower plus a hairdryer.
As per the usual for hotels in Paris, unless you wish to pay for 4 Star or even more luxury, then you will find that most rooms are small in comparison to what you would expect in places such as America etc. However, the Hotel Monterosa rooms are clean, crisp, with a modern design and have facilities that you would often be hard pressed to get in a 3 Star Hotel in Paris.
So, each is doubled glazed, air conditioned, has free unlimited WiFi, a small desk with lamp, personal safe, flat screen TV with satellite channels along with a courtesy tray for making your own tea or coffee.
In addition, there is also the mini bar where you can enjoy free soft drinks and water that is re-stocked daily, which is something very rare for the City of Lights unless paying premium prices!
