HD photograph from Allee Centrale inside Jardin des Tuileries looking north west - Page 82
We were standing on the Allee Centrale looking in a north westerly direction over the Bassin Octogonal towards the Place de la Concorde when we took this photograph, and you can also see the two ramps leading up to the western terraces and the central area between these called the Fer a cheval.

And as you can see, there is a red white and blue canopy, which are the colours of the French flag, and this had been set up for one of the many events that are hosted at the Place de la Concorde, being one of the most historical and the largest square in Paris.
