HD photograph of Allee Centrale inside Jardin des Tuileries looking north westerly - Page 362
We were standing on the Allee Centrale of the Jardin des Tuileries next to the Demi-lune carre de fer nord, when we took this photograph looking in a north westerly direction towards a statue of Julius Ceasar, which is within the Grand Carre area just before you enter the Grand Couvert area after the tall hedge.

Now you will find that some of the statues within the Tuileries Gardens, like this one, are classed as Apres l'Antique, which translates as After the Antique, and these are some of the oldest statues located within this free public park, however some have been replaced by casts so that the originals are preserved within the famous Louvre Museum, who also maintain these historical gardens.
