New signs and tourist information boards were added throughout the Jardin des Tuileries between the years 2008 and 2010, so wherever you are, you can find your way around, without losing your bearings, and this particular one shows the closest exits in opposite directions.

And to give you more of an idea, this particular sign post was located on the Allee de Castiglione in the Grand Couvert area of the Tuileries Gardens by the bosquet called the Manege, which is the grove that holds the traditional carousel, also known as a merry-go-round, that you can just see to the left of the image.
