This is a view looking in a south westerly direction past the Force et Tendresse modern art sculptures and over the Grand Reserve nord parterre of the Tuileries Gardens, which is right next to the hedge and the Terrasse des Tuileries, which was once where the palace of these gardens stood before it was destroyed.

We took this photo from the Allee des Feuillants pathway and being at the far north eastern side of the historical gardens it is a great place to relax with a little more peace and quiet than some other areas, although at certain times of the year, along the esplanade it transforms into a fairground.
