There are actually two sides to the Jardin du Carrousel with the Arc de Triomphe located in the middle, and this is a view of the northern side looking in a south westerly direction towards a wing of the famous Musee du Louvre called the Aile de Flore.

When the Palais des Tuileries was destroyed, the Carrousel Garden became a part of the Tuileries Gardens, and under the influence of Andre Malraux, the French Cultural Minister, several statues by Maillol were added to this section of the gardens in 1964, having been donated by Dina Vierny, the former model and muse of the artist, three of which you can see here.
