The Jardin des Tuileries has been utilised for centuries to host major celebrations, parades and numerous other events and for the Bastille day celebration and the summer holidays a fair ground and Ferris wheel are erected on the northern side of the Grand Carre garden next to the Rue de Rivoli for the added enjoyment of all ages, so even if you are on holiday with children, they will not get bored.
