Although the Tuileries Gardens is an historical monument and classed as an open air museum, there are also plenty of things to keep families and children amused, especially during the warmer months, like you can see here with the model sailing boats on one of the ponds.

And this is a photo we took looking in a northerly direction over the Vivier Nord, which is one of the two small ponds that are located within the Grand Carre area of these free public gardens that are open all year round, yet the buildings you can see behind are on the Rue de Rivoli.
