There are several different cafes and restaurants located within the Tuileries Gardens, which are an ideal place to stop and enjoy a refreshing break, snack, or even a full three course meal, as you can see from the menu board that we took this photo of for the Cafe Renard.

In fact, there was originally a Cafe Renard within the Jardin des Tuileries in the 1800s, and when this particular terrace restaurant opened in 1905, it kept the same name, and this is located within the Grand Couvert area of the gardens, where you can sit in the shade of numerous trees, or inside on those not so nice days, as it is open all year round.
