You will find that there are several different cafe style restaurants located within the Tuileries Gardens which are ideal to stop and have a drink, quick snack or even a full meal, and you will notice that as well as a menu there was a blackboard advertising a special of the day, which was actually a homemade cherry tart when we took this photograph.

But to give you even more of an idea as to the location of this particular cafe, we were standing on the Allee Centrale, which is the main central walkway of the Jardin des Tuileries, looking in a south, south easterly direction from the Grand Couvert area that has plenty of shade from the trees.
