HD photograph of Allee Centrale inside Jardin des Tuileries looking south easterly - Page 264
While standing by the Hannibal statue located by the Octagonal Basin called Bassin Octogonal in French, which was behind us within the Tuileries Gardens, we took this photo looking in a south easterly direction towards the Allee Centrale.

And this was one of the first marble statues to be placed within the Jardin des Tuileries in the early part of the 1700s, however, just like some of the other historical statues, this has been replaced with an exact copy so that the original can be preserved within the Louvre Museum, yet the garden still appears as it was for the delight of the millions of tourists and locals that go here each year.
