HD photograph of Demi-lune Reserve sud inside Jardin des Tuileries looking south - Page 183
We were in the Grand Carre area of the Jardin des Tuileries close to the Grille Lemonnier area which leads to the terrace and Jardin du Carrousel, and we took this picture looking in a southerly direction over the Demi-lune Reserve sud garden parterre with its flowerbed borders.

Incredibly there are over 125,000 plants and flowers with perennials and biennials that are reworked within the grounds each year, however, flowers with colours such as yellow would not have been seen within the Tuileries Gardens originally, as this particular colour was only introduced into France in the mid 1700s.
