HD panoramic photo Grand Carre area inside Jardin des Tuileries looking south west - Page 174
We were within the Jardin des Tuileries in the 1st Arrondissement of Paris, when we took this high definition panoramic photo showing a part of the garden within the Grand Carre area, which was first laid out by Andre Le Notre in the 1600s, and we were looking in a south to south westerly direction, where you can just see a part of a pavilion belonging the famous Musee du Louvre to the left hand side.

Yet to give you even more of an idea as to exactly where this photograph was taken, we were standing with the Allee des Feuillants behind us on the northern side of the Tuileries Gardens at the corner of a parterre called the Grand Reserve nord, and the pathway to the right of the image takes you to one of the two small round basins, with this particular one being called the Vivier nord.
