Here you can see a view looking down one of the alleyways in a south westerly direction as though you are looking towards the River Seine from the Tuileries Gardens, located in the 1st Arrondissement of Paris.

And we were standing close to the Terrasse des Feuillants with the Monument to Waldeck-Rousseau to the right hand side just out of view, but in the image you can see the start of the Grand Couvert section of the gardens, which has approximately 2,000 trees located within it.
