We took this photo showing the a part of the Fer a Cheval area inside Jardin des Tuileries Garden with its numerous different types of plants and trees and for those of you keen gardeners, there were also plaques detailing the different species within the wooded crates.

Yet, as you can see, one particular large pot had the small trees or bushes shaped utilising a traditional ornamental gardening style called topiary, which can be found in numerous different countries, but within formal French gardens, you will find that these are normally in geometrical shapes rather than designs such as birds etc.
