Auguste Rodin is a famous French sculptor and one of his well known works is called Le Baiser, which is the statue you can see in this image that translates to The Kiss in English, yet this is not the only bronze that was cast of this particular sculpture and many can be found throughout the world.

Yet this particular bronze is located on the terrace of the Tuileries Gardens called the Terrasse de l'Orangerie, which is on the south western side of the gardens, but we were looking in a north easterly direction, so the Place de la Concorde is to the left, and out of view to the right would be the Musee de l'Orangerie.
