Whatever park or garden you go into in Paris, you will always see tourist information boards, but this particular one located within the Tuileries Gardens details the regulations and different legal articles of what you can and cannot do, which is in French, yet as you can see at the bottom right corner, two very important aspects are no motorised scooters and no cycling allowed.
