We took this photo of the large basin and its water fountain that is located within the Jardin des Tuileries Garden where there are green chairs and relaxers set out that people can use to rest, read, etc, just like we did for a short while on this summers day in Paris, while enjoying the view towards the ferris wheel.

And you will find that the Grand Bassin Rond, as it is known in French, is located within the Grand Carre area of the Tuileries Garden, with this view looking north, north east towards the Ferris wheel and the Pavillon de Marsan of the Musee du Louvre.
