This is a photograph we took looking over the River Seine to the Port de la Rapee where an old paddle steamer called the Louisianne Belle was moored up, and as you can tell from this image, the 12th Arrondissement has modern high rise buildings, with one of these being the SNCF headquarters who operate public transport in Paris.
