This first HD photo shows a statue called La Paix, which in English translates to The Peace, and made of stone after an initial plaster model had been approved for one of the exterior decorations on the former Palais du Louvre, this was put in place in 1857.
Now The Peace statue was sculpted by Joseph Brian, who was born in 1801 and studied under Francois Joseph Bosio to become a French sculptor, as did his younger brother, so he became known as Brian the Elder, with the two of them furthering studies at the French Academy in Rome and often working together on different projects.
However, this photograph show the location of La Paix statue positioned on the top balustrade of the Rotonde d'Apollon by the roof line, and when you are looking at the facade of this wing from the courtyard of the Louvre Museum called the Cour Napoleon, you will see this is the fifth statue from the left hand side, or second from the right.
