This first HD photo shows as statue called L’Orfevrerie, which is an allegorical statue that was sculpted in marble and put in place on the Aile Lemercier wing of the former Palais du Louvre in the 1860s and in English the name translates to The Goldsmith.
You will find that the statue of L’Orfevrerie was produced by Roland Mathieu-Meusnier who was born in Paris in the 1820s and although initially studying as a painter he turned to sculpture entering the Ecole des Beaux Arts in 1841 and first presenting works at the 1843 Salon for French artists.
Roland Mathieu-Meusnier received numerous commissions for different statues, busts and funerary monuments that can be found at tourist attractions such as the Palais Garnier, Comedie Francaise, Chateau de Versailles, Pere Lachaise Cemetery and the Jardin des Tuileries, along with three marble portrait statues for the Louvre Museum.
However, this photograph shows the located of The Goldsmith statue positioned within a niche on the ground floor level of the Aile Lemercier, and when you are looking at this facade from the courtyard of The Louvre called the Cour Carree, you will see that this is the very first statue on the left hand side of this wing.
