La Prosperite translates in English to Prosperity and this first HD photo shows the allegorical statue which depicts a young child with an abundance of fruit, grapes, corn, etc, which was produced in stone and placed on the Aile Mollien wing of the former Palais du Louvre.
Now this statue of La Prosperite was actually produced by Jacques Augustin Dieudonne who was born in Paris in 1795 and initially studied under Francois Bosio to become a French sculptor and medallist, yet he was most recognised for his bust statues.
In fact, Jacques Augustin Dieudonne regularly presented works at the Salons for French artists, and he received numerous orders for busts of famous people such as King Louis Philippe I and the Duke of Nemours, which are now found within two famous castles close to Paris, being the Chateau de Versailles and the Chateau de Chantilly.
Yet here you can see that the statue of Prosperity is located on the balustrade of the third level of the Aile Mollien, which as you can no doubt tell, is located to the far right hand side, next to the Pavillon Mollien, and this can be seen from the courtyard of the Louvre Museum called the Cour Napoleon.
