Photos of The Nile statue in the Jardins des Tuileries Gardens Paris France - Page 60
These are high definition photos that we took of a statue in the Tuileries Gardens called Le Nil, which translates to The Nile, and this was produced by Lorenzo Ottoni who was an Italian sculptor born in the mid 1600s, but is often known as Lorenzo Ottone, which we believe is the French way of spelling his name as this is what is shown on the plaque attached to the base of this statue.

Also, just to confuse maters further, sometimes this marble statue is referred to as Colossus of the Nile, but if you are visiting the Jardin des Tuileries then you can find this sculpture close to the entrance of Tuileries Gardens at the Place de la Concorde side of the gardens, close to the large octagonal basin or water feature.
