This photo shows one of the four equestrian statues, which are located on the Pont d'Iena bridge, and this picture was taken looking from the Eiffel Tower towards the Palais Chaillot that you may be able to make out behind, and this statue is known as the Arab Warrior, or Guerrier Arabe in French, which was sculpted by Jean Jacques Feuchere in 1849 and this particular sculpture is located on the left bank of the River Seine.
