The Musee de la Sculpture en Plein Air is located within the Jardin Tino Rossi along the bank of the River Seine in the 5th Arrondissement, and free to visit, and there are numerous different abstract sculptures by different artists here, just like the one you can see in these photos called Interpenetration of Two Spaces.

Now this abstract sculpture was produced by the French artist Guy du Temple de Rougemont, known as Guy de Rougemont for short, who was born in Paris in 1935 and had a passion for abstract, colour and space, and he has created numerous pieces of art for around the city and other places.
As you can see from this photo we took, the Interpenetration of Two Spaces sculpture, was designed with cylindrical columns of different heights and sizes, and made of metal they were then painted mainly in bright colours, which really makes them stand out on the plain rectangular stone base.
So, this particular abstract sculpture by Guy de Rougemont was produced in 1975 and placed within the free Open Air Sculpture Museum in Paris against a backdrop of greenery, along with other creations by numerous artists from the latter part of the 20th century from all over the world.
To discover the Interpenetration of Two Spaces sculpture for yourself, it is located in the 5th Arrondissement of Paris, along Quai Saint-Bernard very close to the drinking water point and toilets that are inside this free open air museum.
