As we mentioned above this statue in Paris is called Chronos 10, and as you can see from this photo it is positioned on a round white base and consists of a stainless steel parallel pipe structure with stainless steel discs attached to rods that are light reflective and illuminated at night, and although we did not notice this, apparently the discs move by motors.
Standing proud within the Musee de la Sculpture en Plein Air is this large abstract and modern sculpture produced by Nicolas Schoffer in 1978, and we took this photo from within the garden as though we were looking out towards the River Seine.
To discover the Chronos 10 sculpture by artist Nicolas Schoffer, you will find this located within the free Open Air Sculpture Museum that is inside the Tino Rossi gardens along the banks of the River Seine in the 5th Arrondissement of Paris.
