While we were within the Eglise Saint-Roch, which is located in the 1st Arrondissement of Paris, we took these high definition photos showing the Music Lectern with its eagle statue on the top.

This first HD photo shows an ornate gilded Music Lectern located within the Eglise Saint-Roch and on the music stand you can see two pages of a musical chant that would be sung by an officient or celebrant during times of celebrations, with this particular one being for the traditional Roman Rite known as the Gregorian Chant performed within Roman Catholic churches.
So here you can see a close up photograph showing the eagle with its wings spread out, resting on a gilded globe at the top of the music lectern, but unfortunately, we have been unable to find out when or who sculpted this for the Eglise Saint-Roch.
However, the above image shows the position of the music lectern to the right hand side of the High Altar within the Eglise Saint-Roch, and you can see the Chapelle de la Vierge, or in English, Chapel of the Virgin behind this particular alter area of the historical church, which is located on the Rue Saint Honore in the 1st Arrondissement.
