The mythical dragon statue that you can see in this HD photo, referred to as a chimera, is one of the two mythical statues that are located at either side of the Fontaine Saint Michel, which were produced by the French sculptor Henri Alred Marie Jacquemart, or Alfred Jacquemart as he was known for short, and specialising mainly in animal works, there are other statues in Paris that have also been produced by this artist including lions and sphinxes.
