We decided to take this photo showing one of the Metro signs that you will come across at each station, and at the top you will see the metro sign which is a blue circle with an M in it followed by the line, which in this instance was line 6 colour coded green. And in the diagram beneath this you will see in this image the stops you can reach, and the ones that are shown as a white dot, such as the Charles de gaulle - Etoile are where you can change lines or trains, eg the RER line A and Metro lines 1 colour coded yellow or 2 colour coded blue.
