This is a photo we took of a Batobus just docking at the Hotel de Ville stop, and although this river transport runs all year round and has become part of Paris city life, the majority of people that use the service are tourists, and you can purchase a pass that enables you to hop on and hop off at any one of their eight stations. However a couple of things to remember is the fact that a ticket is only valid from when purchased or picked up for that day, and as you can see in this image, there are steps to negotiate to get down to the quay, so it is not practical for those with reduced mobility.
