When you are walking around Paris, you will come across many different tourist information boards that are in the style of a shield and at the top of each one it state Histoire de Paris, and underneath is the name of the subject, followed by information.

And in this case, you can see that this board related to Les Pavillons d'Octroi de Ledoux, which refer to the two buildings also known as the Barriere d'Enfer, which was part of the wall designed and constructed by Claude-Nicolas Ledoux with gates where they would could taxes on goods entering the city.
So not much remains of this, however, you can see these two pavilions at the Place Denfert-Rochereau in the 14th Arrondissement right by other famous tourist attractions such as the Catacombs.
