Now when visiting Paris even just for the day, it is more than likely you will need to think about having something to eat, if it be a snack, lunch or a full main dinner, then the next problem is where to eat! One place we found good was the La Vagalame restaurant, which we came across by accident while walking along the banks of the River Seine that always seems to be busy, as you can see from these photos.

Whether you wish to relax in a deckchair at the waters edge, enjoy the sun from the open Vagalame bar rotisserie and restaurant, or the shade that comes from the cover which can be pulled over, the choice is yours, and as you can tell in this image, it is a popular spot, especial during warmer months and of an evening.

There is an unusual, yet varied menu available at La Vagalame, and you will see the menu pinned up above close to the bar, and although you cannot read the delights on offer in this photo, these could be platters, salads, even starters, snacks, main courses and desserts.

La Vagalame terrace rotisserie restaurant is in a great location for an evening out located on the bank opposite the Nix Nox Latin night club barge that you can also see in this photo, yet incredibly it is even more popular on a Wednesday evening when they do their speciality rotisserie of suckling pig.
