This is a view looking in a south westerly direction along the sloping pathway of the Jardins du Trocadero that curves round the western wing of the Palais de Chaillot, often referred to as the Passy Wing.

As you can see there are numerous different varieties of trees and shrubs that have been planted and well maintained within the garden, which has become one of the most recognised gardens within the city, which were revamped for the 1937 World Fair, yet retained many features from when the Trocadero Gardens were first laid out.
