We took this photograph looking in a north easterly direction as we were walking along a path within the Jardins du Trocadero, heading towards a street called the Avenue Albert de Mun, which is on the outer perimeter of the garden.

You will find that the Trocadero Gardens are located on a hill known as the Butte de Chaillot, so hence as you can tell from this image, the green areas of the garden along with flower beds are sloping on either side of the path, which is the same scenario for many other areas and features of the garden.
