You will find that some gardens in Paris are only open at set times, often from dawn until dusk, however, as you can see here, the Trocadero Gardens are open 24 hours a day, and although there are several things that are not allowed within the garden such as alcohol, it has become a popular place for a romantic evening with a view to the Eiffel Tower.
