Located above the entrance to Theatre National de Chaillot on the left hand side you find this particular bas relief, and this can be found on Palais de Chaillot wing facing onto the Place du Trocadero et du 11 Novembre, which is where an equestrian statue of Marechal Foch is located.

Now the word Trocadero comes from the Battle of Trocadero where the French intervened in a rebellion against the Spanish king, so when the Jardins du Trocadero were laid out along with the former palace, they both took on this name, however, the garden is actually located on a hill that was known as the Hill of Chaillot, and hence why the new palace was called the Palais de Chaillot.
