There are some unusual and even hidden features that very few people even realise can be discovered within the Jardins du Trocadero, because the majority of places focus on the fountains or the views rather than the more picturesque areas.

However, the fact that there were once quarries on the site, you can discover some of the old stones and steps leading out of, or to other areas of the garden, which provide lovely view points and a truly different almost romantic feel, like you can see from this photograph taken in the western part of the Trocadero Gardens.
