This is a photo showing a snack bar food stand located on the terrace between the two wings of the Palais de Chaillot within the Trocadero Gardens, that was originally named the Terrasse du Trocadero or the Place du Trocadero.

However, the terrace is now called the Esplanade des Droits de l'Homme, which in English translates to the Esplanade of the Rights of Man, in other words the Esplanade of Human Rights, and this is due to the fact that the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly at the Palais de Chaillot in December 1948.
