While standing on one of the numerous walkways within the Jardins du Trocadero, we took this photo looking in a south westerly direction towards a bridge with tree trunk style railings and the rock wall beyond, which is the western perimeter of the garden.

Originally designed for the 1878 World Fair in Paris, the Jardins du Trocadero were redesigned by Roger-Henri Expert for the 1937 Universal Exhibition in Paris, which had a full name of Exposition Internationale des Arts et Techniques dans la Vie Moderne and have remained the same ever since.
