With creepers and ivy climbing up the side of the Palais de Chaillot through to the ground cover plants, shrubs, bushes and trees, the Trocadero Gardens has become a gardeners paradise and this is a view looking in a south westerly direction.

Now this particular photograph shows the western side of the building, home to several museums, and the far north westerly side of the Jardins du Trocadero, with this section being designed like an English garden rather than the formal layout of a traditional French Garden.
