This is a photo we took of the south side of the Hotel de Ville, which is a large and ornate building that has been classified as an historical monument in Paris and it is the City Hall that was reconstructed in a Renaissance style based upon chateaux of the Loire valley, very similar to the original city hall that had stood in this place before the devastating fire during the Paris Commune.
