Paris is a large city with many different tourist attractions to discover, however, there are also several gardens and parks in Paris such as the Jardin Atlantique literally above a train station, the Jardins des Champs Elysees home to fountains, a theatre, restaurant etc or perhaps the Parc de la Villette with its monuments, museums, music venues, playgrounds and a submarine or maybe the Champs de Mars with its puppet theatre that is ideal for the younger ones, would be more to your liking when you are on holiday in Paris.
