Camping Moulin de Chaules In Auvergne
Camping Moulin de Chaules is located on the side of a hill next to a stream that originally fed a water mill and there are a total of 55 pitches, some of which are next to the stream, but this is a terraced site and although they provide great views over the surrounding country side, it is not suitable for the disabled and at the highest terrace level the electric hook-ups are only 2amp instead of 4amp.
However, this is a lovely tranquil French campsite that is ideal for exploring the area, yet it comes more alive in summer with organised activities for children like a kids club, plus there is an outdoor swimming pool, childrens playground and table tennis, for all to enjoy when camping in France.
This is also one of the campsites in France that has a restaurant serving a la carte meals, although they are not as fancy as some but they are good value and these are available through the summer season, yet they also have snacks, pizzas and a takeaway service, and at other times of the year they open on certain days for a set meal option or plate of the day, as it is known.
You can also enjoy the cosy bar that has free WiFi internet access plus a computer terminal that you can utilise for a fee so you can keep in touch with friends and family back home, but perhaps you like to idea of relaxing on the terrace with a drink or enjoying your meal the al fresco way, yet whatever you decide, there will be a warm and friendly welcome, plus each day you can also get freshly baked croissants to make your camping holiday in France even more enjoyable.
