Camping de l'Etang Campsite In Auvergne
Camping de l'Etang is a farm campsite located in the countryside in the Auvergne region of France, and is an ideal place for exploring the flora and fauna and nature at its best with numerous cycle and hiking paths and activities such as canoeing so that you can experience the gorges, lakes and mountains as well.
This is a basic French campsite with fishing available on its own lake where you can try your hand at course or carp fishing and there are only 25 pitches, but even if you do not have your own touring van, you could opt for one of the rental accommodations such as a mobile home or the traditional stone gite and there is space for even your horse to accompany you on this farm campsite.
There is also B&B available including a family room and this campsite in France also offers a table d’hote service complete with wine if you would like to indulge in traditional French cuisine with regional specialities like Truffade or Pounti, however, they also have a BBQ to hire if you would rather try your hand at cooking some of the regional produce like the famed sausages.
