Camping le Fayolan In Franche Comte
Camping le Fayolan in the Franche-Comte region is a large French campsite with 94 rental accommodations that include chalets, mobile homes and fully equipped tents plus there are over 400 pitches with water and electric hook-ups for tents, caravans and motorhomes along with fully serviced pitches including drainage, a motorhome service area and lakeside pitches available for an additional charge, however, we would like to point out that normally they ask that you have one of these camping pitch for a minimum of four days during the high season.
There are lots of other different services available as well, such as safe hire, a shop with bakery for fresh bread etc and even International newspapers, canoe and cycle hire, launderette, WiFi, plus.. as you would expect such a marvellous campsite in France, there is a bar, snack bar and a takeaway along with a restaurant, breakfasts available and the option of having Half board to make your family camping holiday even easier and more relaxing.
And yes, by now you have already guessed that this French campsite is by a lake for canoeing and kayaking, which also has a beach that is ideal for relaxing and then going for a swim, but there is also a swimming pool complex with a covered heated swimming pool, outside heated swimming pools, childrens pools and different water slides for even more enjoyment and fun.
Now if you are thinking of a family camping holiday in France you will definitely not be disappointed with the amount on offer as you could let your children enjoy one of the kids clubs, enjoy the games room, table tennis and more, while you relax and have time out at the health spa with the Jacuzzi, sauna, Hammam and the luxurious massages that are available.
But there are also other activities such as archery, activity outings organised such as hiking and canoeing with a guide when the number allow this, excursions to Geneva once a week, plus lots of organised entertainment including a disco, bingo, karaoke, concerts and much more for so much fun that you will never want your camping holiday in France to come to an end and that is without experiencing the are with the Via Ferrata, nature trails, the gastronomy etc.
